Downgrading your package

Residential Customers

If you are a residential customer, you can downgrade, but you need to provide us at least 30 days' notice. Downgrade requests will always be programmed in from the start of the next billing period after the 30 days' notice, and this will be from the 1st of the next month.

Please contact us to request a downgrade, you cannot downgrade your package via our online customer portal.

Business Customers

If you are a business customer, you cannot downgrade your package until the end of your contractual minimum period.
