New Direct Debit payment to Wessex Internet E-mail

If you have recently received an E-mail titled "New Direct Debit payment to Wessex Internet" then this guide will help you understand what this means.

To comply with BACS Direct Debit rules, we have to send customers notification at least three working days before we collect payment. 

This E-mail is not an invoice, as you should have received that before. Usually, your monthly recurring invoices are generated on the 1st of the month and E-mailed to you as a PDF attachment.

If you have recently joined Wessex Internet, then you may have received your first invoice 1 day prior to this Direct Debit E-mail.

This Direct Debit payment E-mail is not a new charge, it will refer to the most recent due invoice(s).

Invoices

To see the linked invoice associated with this payment, you can either access this by logging into the customer portal at https://portal.wessexinternet.com, or check your E-mail inbox, as we'll have sent you a separate E-mail with this. We send our invoices and DD E-mails from accounts@wessexinternet.com.

  • Check your E-mail inbox/junk/spam folder for E-mails from accounts@wessexinternet.com. We E-mail your invoices when these are generated, and they contain a PDF invoice attachment.
  • Alternatively, if you have mislaid you invoice E-mail, please login to the customer portal at https://portal.wessexinternet.com.
